Do guests need another app?

No. Guests can respond through a secure invitation link. WhatsApp and SMS are available when the event’s approved messaging setup is enabled.

Is WhatsApp ready as soon as I sign up?

Automated WhatsApp outreach requires an enabled Meta Cloud connection and recorded consent for the channel. Your team reviews the outreach before sending. SMS has its own setup and consent requirements.

What does AI help with?

AI helps shape the invitation brief and interpret attendance replies. In configured RSVP workflows, it can ask for clarification or create a review task. Meal, travel and accommodation details can be collected through guest questions; your team confirms arrangements.

Can I use it for venue sales inquiries?
